Got the ticket. Need the +1? Post the show you're going to, or find people heading to the same night — the Greek, the Fonda, the Bowl, a warehouse set in the Arts District.
The spare-ticket problem
Taste is specific. Availability is worse. The two rarely overlap inside one group chat.
You bought two tickets in a presale eight months ago and the person you bought them for has since moved, started a new job, or simply doesn't like the artist as much as you do. Everyone in LA who goes to shows has had this week.
Party Intel turns that into a post: the artist, the venue, the date, the seat you have spare. The people who ask to join are the ones who actually wanted to be at that show — which usually makes for a better night than dragging along a friend who's indifferent.
Live on Party Intel
Live music plans on the Find People board — shows, DJ sets and festival meetups around Los Angeles.
No show plans up at this moment. Post the artist, venue and date you're going to — concert posts tend to fill fastest in the week before the show.
Ways people use it
You both already have tickets and just want company for the drive, the line and the set break. The lowest-risk version — nothing rides on a ticket handoff.
State face value, whether you want reimbursement, and where you'll meet. Never hand a ticket over before meeting in person.
Artist, venue, date, and whether you're going with people already. Specific posts get better requests than 'anyone into live music?'.
Shared music taste is a real filter. Someone who drove to Pomona for the same opener is starting a friendship from a strong position.
Passes, parking and a two-hour drive split between people. These get posted weeks ahead rather than same-day.
Post-set plans — a bar nearby, a late dinner, an afterparty on the Party Intel map — often start on the same thread.
How Party Intel works
Choose concerts and post the specific show, or scan what's already planned around LA.
Review who asks to join, check the verified selfie, and approve the person you'd want next to you all night.
Agree a meeting point outside the venue and a time, then go see the show.
Safety
Every join request carries a live selfie taken in the app, reviewed by whoever posted the plan. That's the identity half.
The ticket half is on you: meet outside the venue in a lit, busy spot, transfer tickets through the official app where possible, and don't send a ticket or accept payment before you've met. Party Intel doesn't broker ticket sales.
The night doesn't have to end at the encore.
Post your show or join someone else's, and stop skipping nights you already paid for.
