The Fabulous Ladies of Fitness {FLOF) throw retro dance parties that pay tribute to 80s icons like Michael McDonald, the Pointer Sisters, and Hall & Oates, but this month they're taking over Club Tee Gee with a FREE homage to the one and only Janet Jackson.
Along with Miss Jackson's greatest hits, FLOF will spin their signature blend of old-school dance jamz, 80s/90s r&b, soundtrack gems and the occasional TV theme song.
Intermittent and optional ironic cardio dance routines provided by the Ladies.
