Inner City Cultural Center II, Inc., and Tuesday Conner is proud to present “Gil Scott-Heron Bluesology” featuring the legendary poets daughter Gia Scott- Heron. Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, 7:30pm at the Willie Agee Playhouse in Edward Vincent Jr. Park, 600-698 N. Park Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90302. Tickets range $10-$25.
Poets Jazz House is a Spoken Word & Music Lounge where spilling your heart is an art and searching your soul is mandatory to get in the door. A quaint little playhouse in the park where there’s Poetry After Dark. The ensemble cast includes: Gia Scott-Heron, Conney Williams, Lorenzo Frank, Clent Bowers, Yawo Watts, Art.us Mansoir, Tuesday Conner and the ORACLE aka Denise Lyles-Cook. Directed by Lynne Conner
Poets Jazz House pays tribute to legends past and present every third Tuesday of the month while documenting the history of Inner City Cultural Center for the future C. Bernard Jackson Library. Tickets are $10 to $25 and available on Eventbrite:
